How Does Our Tool Hire Service Work?

Hiring a tool from us is a lot easier than you might think!

You simply:

Browse through our comprehensive website for the tool you need or call us on 1300 807 034 if you want to discuss your requirements with one of our friendly staff members.
Agree to the online hire agreement that we send you.
We send you out the tool and you are emailed a consignment tracking number.
Contact us when you have finished with the tool and we arrange for it to be collected.

The hire period begins as soon as you receive the tool and finishes once you contact us to let us know you have finished with it.

After that it’s our problem! All we require you to do is pack the tool in the plastic satchel that was provided with the tool, print out the consignment label that will have been emailed to you and affix to the package. Finally, just leave it in a secure, safe spot for pick up. We will organise a courier to pick up, generally the next day.
